State Sen. Jack Hill, along with state Rep. Ann Purcell, presents Charles and Victoria Usher with the Senate resolution he penned and that was passed by the state Senate this month that recognized the commitment of the Ushers to the county fair, to the community and to the state. Charles Usher retired from his longtime post as fair manager last year.
